The electric car Mitsubishi Outlander hybrid plug-in is the first plug-in hybrid SUV on the market. This plug-in hybrid has a gasoline engine of 121 CV and was released in October 2013. The Mitsubishi Outlander is perceived as one of the nicest of the SUV market. The gasoline engine is activated only when a stronger acceleration is required, or driving over 120 km/ h. In addition, the combustion engine is essentially made to charge lithium batteries.

At home and at work, the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV battery recharges completely in about 4 hours. The engine should be seen as an extender of autonomy, with a tank capacity of 48 liters which gives a range of 824 km.

As with other plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles, the car comes with a special application for iPhone and iPad. This application also features a map of the stations where you can recharge the battery, ensuring a maximum recharging comfort.
The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV has a type 1 connection.
